From here you'll be in Grand Central in 30 min on express train. -QM2 Express bus to the city in a 1/2hr depending time of day and where you're going

Please be considerate of other guest and lower your TV volume/noise after 10pm.

Located on a beautiful tree-lined street, it’s just a short walk to the subway through the vibrant, residential neighborhood of Washington Heights.

Host also stay in the same unit with the guest and invite you to enjoy the comfort of my shared spaces like the kitchen, dining area. Close to LGA Airport and many Bus routes at the corner and few block away form Train Station.

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

The house is 2.5 blocks away from #5 train, Bx12, Bx8 bus; walking distance to restaurants, Pharmacies and Jacobi Hospital. Bronx Zoo, NYC Botanical Garden, and City Island are about 10 minutes driving. The block is quiet and there are plenty of spaces for street parking. Water, Heat, AC, Internet, and Electricity will be provided. This room also has its own bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a 43 '' Samsung TV. Other areas including living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared.

This is my home where I live. I'll be present during your stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Jacobi Medical Center, Calvary Hospital, the Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus). If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

Very close to downtown flushing and have public transportation Q20，Q61 and QM20 bus to get around. Across the street, there is a mall which has supermarket, restaurant, bank and etc. By car, 10min to downtown flushing where the 7-train is located. 10min to Citi Field. 10min to LaGuardia Airport. 20min to JFK Airport. 20min to Yankee Stadium. 25min to Manhattan.

This unique place has a style all its own. Located in a quiet neighborhood and accessible to bus stop and train station. Restaurants and food vendors are just 2-3 blocks away. Newark airport is half an hour drive and JFK airport is 1 hour drive. New York City ( Manhattan) is only 30-45 minutes drive by car and depends on the traffic.
