My place is close to Yellowstone Park, Chico Hot Springs, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, great views. CORONAVIRUS—- social distancing The recent coronavirus has encouraged us to have stepped up our asepsis procedures in doing additional cleaning areas such as handrails, door knobs, countertops, television remotes, hand levers on the La-Z-Boy chairs, water faucets, etc. with bacteria – virus killing products. These procedures will be done after every guest leaves.

Early check in - We can't always accommodate early check in because of the coordination with cleaners. However if you would like an early check in, then please submit an early check in request and we will let you know if the request can be granted. This cozy two bedroom retreat is part of a duplex located 12 miles south of Livingston in beautiful Paradise Valley. We have an outdoor fire pit to enjoy in the evenings as well as an outdoor propane grill. We have wifi available to our guests. The patio area faces the majestic Absaroka mountains. We are pet friendly and ask that you let us know if you are bringing a pet with you.

Our splendid, minimalist apartment is the perfect place for solo adventurers or couples to relax after long days on the slope! 3 minutes to the base area by car, or 10-15 by foot. **MAY THROUGH SEPTEMBER: there will be construction to replace the siding on the condos: approx 8am-6pm monday-friday, with some saturdays as well. entrance to the units will never be impeded**
