This upside down house has one bedroom on the main level along with a full bath and open kitchen, dining, and family room. The downstairs has another living space, two bedrooms, laundry room, and full bath. Enjoy family time in the open upstairs with water views, or retreat to the lower level living room for some separation, quiet time, or work space.

Vineyard Haven Walk to Ferry

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

Charming W. Tisbury Studio Guest Cottage

Charming rustic studio guest cottage with a private yard and outdoor shower, a perfect getaway. Walking distance to North Tisbury Farm and Market and State Road Restaurant and short ride to the small town of West Tisbury where you can check out Alley’s general store or get a great sandwich at 7a’s takeout. Traveling with family or friends? Check out this charming 2 bedroom suite located on a pastoral former horse farm in the heart of West Tisbury away from the hustle and bustle of the towns. However the towns are only 8 miles away in any direction. I have a large yard with seating areas and a grill for cooking. The atmosphere is very relaxing and serene.
