Glamping retreat near the Sussex Downs

GLAMPING AND CAMPING - Unique glamping and camping options available This is ideal for 2 people, the tent consists of a double bed ( bedding supplied by yourselves) battery operated candles and lights, rugs, and bed side cabinets. Outdoor space, fire pit, bbq, with table and chairs on the decking, another table and chairs in your own private area and a portable loo at an addition charge. Air beds can be supplied for children at an extra charge. There is a communal bbq close by. Wood to be collect by yourselves and utensils supplied by the campers. Noise, campfires and music is restricted.

Our nearby pubs include The Ginger Fox and The Shepherd and Dog which both serve incredible seasonal food. We have wonderful walks from our doorstep and acres of land and woodland to explore. We are a small, family run, eco-friendly campsite in Chailey, set in a peaceful pocket of Sussex countryside. Our uniqueness includes therapies offered on site, including massage, reiki, reflexology and pellowah, and we have outdoor yoga classes on Saturdays. We also have a wide range of outdoor games for you to enjoy. We supply campfires and allow dogs, and our beautiful 5m bell tents come with the very best air mattresses., rustic rugs, base sheets, a doormat & are decorated with bunting.

Glamping in style with home comforts Bell Tent

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our bell tent or emperor tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Get to meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

Luxury Mulberry Tent & free LGW parking

Our Mulberry safari tent is furnished to a high standard with all bedding and towels provided. We are just 10 minutes from Gatwick and offer free airport parking. The tent sleeps 6 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living room with dining table and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite shower room. There is a lovely decking area with an outside table, as well as your own fire pit and BBQ. For larger groups we have a second identical tent.

LandPod

Come and stay in our LandPod on Sindles Farm. Sleeping 2 adults & up to 2 children on a super comfortable double bed and quirky bunk bed. It’s a picnic, sleepover, wild adventure kinda pod. Flip open the waterproof cover to bring all the open air fun of a convertible car to a pop up glamping experience. Mattresses provided, guests must bring bedding, cooking equipment, plates, everything you require. Picnic bench and communal fire pit available. Get in touch if you have any questions.

Woodland hangout in flying tent

Our first flying tent in the trees has been such a hit that we’ve set up a second nearby. Nestled in a tiny pocket of rare Sussex wet woodland, this tent floats above the ground, offering an amazing sense of peace among the foliage. Watch horses graze across the stream, hear steam trains puff up the line, make dinner in your outdoor kitchen and toast marshmallows over the fire pit, before climbing into your floating bed and drifting off to the hoot of owls.

The glampsite is located within the South Downs National Park, set in around 10 acres. We are completely secluded, surrounded by stunning countryside, with the nearby market town of Petersfield is just 3 miles away, and the Ashford Hangers National Nature Reserve just a few minutes walk.
