The 'Seaside Annexe' is self-contained, 1 bedroomed accommodation. It is light and airy with vaulted ceilings, overlooking the English Channel and featuring an ensuite shower room, TV, rear garden, lounge & dining area, south facing deck and fully equipped kitchen. It is directly on the coastal path with secluded beaches on the doorstop and the South Downs National Park a short walk away. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

Studio flat provides you with a compact peaceful space 2 minutes walk from Shoreham beach and close to Shoreham town centre. In the summer you can use the garden and lovely cabin. We are dog friendly. Great transport links to Brighton. Perfect for a seaside break, as a base for walking/cycling holiday or for that essential down time if you are heading to Brighton. Small kitchen with a 2 ring hob, a small combi microwave/oven (not for pizzas), kettle, toaster, fridge. Own bathroom with shower.

Charming getaway with a hot-tub & the sea nearby.

"Olive View" is a purpose built cabin, with a hot-tub & private terrace and patio area. There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed with pocket doors, leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Originally built in 1888 it is just steps away from the promenade that stretches for approximately 2.5 miles from Aldwick in the west to Felpham in the east, perfect for walking, cycling or running. Our lovely self contained first floor flat is yours to enjoy in its entirety. Situated in the heart of Worthing with a wonderful choice of independent cafés, restaurants, bars and shops on your door step. 5 minutes from the beach, art deco pier and theatres. Newly refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen, bathroom and new carpets throughout. It offers high quality, accommodation for two in a quiet residential cul-de-sac with the local beach a 2 minute walk away. Welcome to our spacious newly refurbished flat in West Worthing, offering 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, open plan living room and kitchen. Free parking on the drive for one car and WiFi included. A mile away from the beach and a short walk to local shops, you’ll also find the 700 bus route taking you Worthing town centre, Brighton or Portsmouth. Just a 10 minute walk to West Worthing station giving good links to Gatwick and London with Brighton only a 20 minute journey away.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. We have a Joie Kubbie sleep compact travel cot if needed and a small workspace for your laptop. Hosted by Caroline & Dave
