This clean, chic Northwest Portland guesthouse is perfect for being close to the action yet staying separate from other people. It’s just right for experiencing the best this city has to offer. Walk to marvelous Forest Park or NW 23rd. Take a short ride to Downtown, The Pearl, The Blazers Rose Garden Arena or the Rose Garden and Japanese Garden in Washington Park! The Guesthouse Getaway was designed and constructed in 2008 to reflect the charm of the property's 1926 main house. Its elevated simplicity is welcoming and homey while still achieving that pristine quality you desire. This upscale lodging is situated in the West Hill's prominent Willamette Heights neighborhood where historic classics meet the urban edge. The best part? The place is all your own! No worries about whether the TV will wake your host; no sounds of snoring will come through the walls; no need to tippy toe around to keep from bothering light sleepers and there will be no wake-up blast of somebody else's alarm clock! Just sweet, sweet privacy. Lighted parking a few steps from the door makes for safe and easy access, and a four number key code allows for arrival at any hour without concern of disturbing your hosts. Enjoy as much tea and coffee as you need to stay comfortably caffeinated. If you're lacking something important like a specialty kitchen gadget, personal item or office supply, let me know I'm happy to help! The garage of the Guesthouse cottage serves as my artist (painting) studio, so I am generally working on the premises if you need me. The Guesthouse Getaway is in a fun area with over fifty exceptional restaurants within a mile of the home. Go for a hike in the surrounding nature, check out some of the breathtaking galleries, and catch a live sporting event or show in the evening. Getting around is easy whether you prefer public transportation (bus stop is 4 blocks away), Uber, Lyft, taxi cabs, rental car, bicycle or foot. Enjoy the use of wifi or hard wire connections for internet access and basic cable TV with STARZ movies channels. Hidden Garden Cottage

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

Cozy suite in quiet, safe neighborhood with private, digital key-coded entrance for convenience. Private kitchenette & bathroom/shower, comfy queen sized bed, fold-out sofa, air-bed, pack & play, high chair & change table. Lots of closet space, included continental breakfast, and private covered outdoor sitting area. Very close to bus stops, so you won't need car. Walking-distance to parks, grocery, and restaurants. A River (stream) Runs Through It

Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). For everyone, the house (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, BBQ, hot tub central gas heat and central AC. This is a bright, clean and cozy space to land for folks who love the suburbs (not in the city city but we are close drive to the city center) but want to be surrounded by nature. With ambient noise from the creek and highway.

In the woods, next to a creek, but still in Portland! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. There is a private entrance to this large two story guest suite, which includes a family room, living area with dining area and kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom, central AC, and private balcony. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to hiking trails in Woods Memorial Park. A 3-minute drive or 1 mile walk to popular Multnomah Village; 15 minutes from Downtown Portland.

Private Suite in Beautiful quiet Neighborhood

Living room has large loveseat with ottoman,TV w/ Roku, cable & lots of streaming apps. You will need your username and password to use. Mini fridge, hot /cold filtered water dispenser & coffee maker are also in living room. Bedroom sleeps 2 w/ Queen bed. Single blow up bed available on request. Suite is on lower floor of the main house, but light and bright with private entry. Space is suitable for a couple or 2 single people, would be a bit crowded for 3 adults.

Discounted luxury apartment garden patio & parking

This is a bright and modern additional living space in my beautiful hilltop home. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Portland in the West Hills, close to the best that Portland has to offer. There is a separate staircase leading to a private entrance, with outdoor living space including edible garden. Walk outside and enjoy your own private deck and read a book in a lovely garden and water feature. Forested hiking trails are located within a few minutes' walk.
