This place was beautiful, and Katie was an amazing host. Greeted us at the door, had a few snacks and drinks ready for us and gave us a tour and was really nice to us in general. Really good communication and really even gave us a late checkout. Honestly would recommend this place to everyone.

Appartement clair, les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Bien équipé, petite remarque concernant la douche dont le fonctionnement n'est pas aisé pour un français. Bonne réactivité de Carly qui répondait très rapidement. Je recommande sans problème.

This place is nicer than the pictures show and perfect for our weekend away, Adam was very patient with us asking a few questions during our stay when things confused us etc. It’s also in a picturesque and peaceful village, lovely stay!!

Great little cottage in an ideal location for Sandringham, local coastal towns and beaches. Bright, airy and well-done out inside. The bed and pillows were super comfy, the cottage was well equipped and the secure back garden was perfect for us and our dog. We loved the hot tub at the end of a day of walking and exploring, as it was very quiet and private to relax in. There was also some lovely touches, like a pouch of dog treats and milk and butter in the fridge when we arrived. Would not hesitate to come back.

My stay at Kingfisher Lodge was the perfect weekend escape for me and my little staffy Freya, the properties garden is wonderful, great fun to explore and a perfect suntrap to indulge in a good book! The accommodation was clean and cosy with everything needed to relax and feel at home, with added goodies including bread, butter, eggs, jam, milk, tea, coffee, a fruit bowl and wine/beer. I slept great, the mattress was super comfy and the location is peaceful and quiet whilst being 10 mins drive from the lovely town of Bury St Edmonds and a 2 min walk from Norton Park which is a must if you're staying with a dog, it's a lovely walk with woods, a river and even a maze to enjoy. The host was friendly and accommodating and made our stay the best it could be, as did his lovely little dog Georgia. Would happily revisit. 5 stars all round.

We arrived in the dark and the area is very rural and so peaceful. We met Donna whilst taking the dog on a stroll around the farmland. Advised to take a good torch if walking at night. Lovely local pubs but a decent walk away, great villages and takeaways in nearby villages a 5 minute drive away. we stayed in and cooked a lovely meal the first night, perfect for a remote and quiet romantic stay, was sad to leave.

1st class communication and welcome from our hosts. One minor hiccup was solved quickly and completely. Loved the hot tub and walk-in shower. We also appreciated the welcome pack and gift 🥰

We recently stayed over Christmas to visit family and we had a great time - even a Christmas Tree - thanks Cheryl and Stuart - much appreciated. Everything was as we expected from the photos. The communication with Cheryl and Stuart was really good and a key safe to let ourselves in was easy. The place is spotless, modern and quiet. The beds are really comfortable. Despite the cold outside it was warm inside - a thermostat allows you to change the temperature if you need to. We would highly recommend this Airbnb - close to many places in Norfolk and the coast. Would definitely return when next in Norfolk.
