Nestled at the base of the mtns, 10-15 mins from Red Rocks, Downtown Denver, and Historical Golden, this is the perfect location to hike, bike, or climb while enjoying the city’s restaurants, breweries, and museums. 8 guests/3 cars will have full run of the newly remodeled, 2,400sqft townhome, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 balconies, patio, oversized backyard, new appliances, TVs, fooseball table, gas grill, and fire pit. We live next door with our golden retriever, Dottie. Ask us anything!

Hop on the RTD light rail to go downtown for sports events and concerts. Located within walking distance on the 6th Avenue frontage road. Our home has a guidebook available when you get here for everything that you will want to see and do. We have a strict "No Pet" policy due to allergies with owners. Thank you for understanding.

This gorgeous private entrance basement includes a bedroom, bunk room and living/entertainment room. We are located near Colorado Mills and backs up to Daniels Park. We are 15 minutes from downtown Denver, 10 minutes from downtown Golden, and 10 minutes from Red Rocks Park. This awesome location is near amazing restaurants and close to Hwy 6 and I-70 for easy access to the mountains and foothills. Please note that we do live upstairs so you might hear some light footsteps during your stay.

Golden Cottage

Private completely renovated two bedroom cottage located in the heart of Golden. This home comfortably sleeps six with three queen beds. The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. The master bedroom suite includes a private bathroom and a separate private sunroom attached. This is perfect extra space for meditation, a baby room, or an extra guest. The home has a private patio with a large oversized BBQ, a picnic table that seats 8 and a cushy love seat under the covered porch.

Downtown Denver is 15 min, Red Rocks is 4 miles! This is a 3 bedroom + large office space (with pullout), 2 full bath. Closest trail access is less than a mile, we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden and breweries are just 1 mi away. Skiing is max 1 hr from our door.
