Great Airbnb, the host is very helpful, gave me very clear and easy to follow instructions how to get to the place, it has allocated parking spot, but it’s also literally 10min walk from the main train station, the view from the windows is very nice, little boats passing by, water, very peaceful, the flat has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, kitchen has all utensils, pots and pans, I’m very satisfied and I would definitely recommend. We loved our stay here. The apartment is gorgeously decorated, clean and practical. The location is ideal for anyone wishing to explore the local area, lots of fabulous restaurants near by and of course the views are beautiful. The team were fantastic, incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to all messages and phone calls. Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying in this property, it had everything you might need. And was immaculately presented. It was a perfect location as we were attending a concert at the arena and it was walkable distance. Peaceful road. Excellent communication with the host. We would highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

We enjoyed a wonderful week's holiday in Apartment 45, Lockside House, 7 Scotland Street, Birmingham from 16/04/2025 to 23/04/2025. We wish to thank Claire, Jericho, Mariane and all the excellent Customer Service Team in Exclusive Short Stays. We have would have no hesitation in recommending the above apartment to everyone as it is second to none. There is an excellent transport system from trams to buses which serve the area very well within easy walking distance from the apartment. The apartment looked exactly the same as the photos on the website and all the write-ups matched the description of the apartment. We have no hesitation in awarding this apartment 5 stars. We look forward to staying in the above apartment on our next trip to Birmingham. It was our first holiday in Birmingham and our first time booking an Airbnb through Exclusive Short Stays and they are top class.

I only had a flying visit, but it was a great Airbnb, with very helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

Alison & Johns house was an excellent place to stay. It was spotless and very well equipped. The milk and chocolates were appreciated. It is located in a quiet area, parking was straightforward especially as the hosts organised a parking permit for us. It is an easy walk into the city along the canal towpath. Communication with Alison & John was great. Very responsive & friendly. We will definitely use this place again when visiting friends in Worcester. Thank you.

House was brilliant location for us. It's only a few minutes walk into the town centre. The fact that no dogs were allowed turned out to be a bit of a disadvantage as one family of our party had a puppy, so they had to stay elsewhere. Parking at the house is quite restricted, really only room for one large car. Indoors was fine and well equipped. We may come again sometime!

Perfectly located stone cottage in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon with a car space, great for a family of four or less on the riverside. The cottage provided everything needed although due to where it’s situated we were rarely at home. Definitely recommend and would return ourselves. The free boat ride was the cherry on the top of a fabulous weekend, particularly for our kids.

We stayed here as a group of 6 for the weekend. The house is beautiful and great value for money. Lorna was a response host, would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a little piece of perfection. Will not disappoint. Location is perfect. 5 min walk along river into village. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded to messages very quick. Will def be revisiting

The chance to stay in an early 19th century historic property while having all the conveniences of a new home was a treat. Tramway House appears on a google map of Stratford Upon Avon and is about 100 yards from the RSC Theatre and about a two block walk to Shakespeare's Birthplace. There are dozens of restaurants and even a Marks and Spenser's in easy walking distance. Management was extremely helpful with Aby and her assistant even helping with our ongoing transit In the past we have stayed in at least ten different properties in Stratford and considering the price, location and amenities this was the best yet.

We had an amazing stay here - Jane’s place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and a huge space for us all to spread out. The living room and dining table are the perfect size for everyone to get together. The best air bnb we have ever stayed in! We are already planning our next stay!

Lucy was really friendly and helpful, answering questions quickly. She was there to check us in and explain everything, and provided some helpful tips. Its a great location within walking distance of the cathedral and town centre, and several restaurants and pubs. The flat itself is clean, comfortable and has everything we needed, it was also very quiet. Bathroom was very good with a great shower. Car can be parked in a secure underground car park which is accessed by a lift. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and are likely to stay again next year.

This is an exceptionally spacious apartment. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean! The location is superb with walks from the doorstep, and a cafe serving good food nearby. I hope to return again in the future.

A perfect get-away destination. Serene, peaceful and tastily furnished. we enjoyed the roof top and had great pictures to serve as memories. Apartment was warm, cozy and clean in a secure location. Felt like home away from home.

My holiday was real fun and the manageress was so prompt in responding to my call for any help. Cant wait to come again next year.

Had the most beautiful stay at John's airbnb. Everything about the accommodation and the stay had been so well thought out and considered. John truly is a super host!! He was so accommodating with any additional request and he is always happy to help. It's a beautiful location right by the river and was so nice getting to explore the local area as well as see the sunsets by the river from the windows in the accommodation. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone considering it!! Thanks John :)

This has to be one of the best Airbnb properties that we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, a two floor two bedroom flat built over Riverside cafe, overlooking the river Severn and under 10 minutes walk from dog lane carpark. We arrived after dark on a very cold evening and were immediately struck by how warm and cosy it was. The flat is beautifully presented with high quality furnishing and fully equipped with everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable. We really appreciated the little touches which were provided - milk and water in the fridge, tea, coffee and biscuits. These are the things which make a guest feel welcome. Just sorry we could not stay longer.
