It is handy for local transport with a bus stop at the bottom of the drive and a bus to Solihull every hour. Dorridge station is a 15 minute walk with trains to Birmingham Moor Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, and London Marylebone. The NEC and Resorts World are 15 minutes by car.

There are shops, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. A bus service and train station is close by, plus both Warwick and Coventry University, the NEC and the motorway network are a short drive away . Perfect for business or pleasure.
