Within 15 minutes drive to rail links to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and Linlithgow, you can easily visit The Kelpies, The Falkirk Wheel, Stirling Castle, Linlithgow Palace … and many local ‘Outlander’ filming locations (we can advise!). Cycle the many miles of our local cycle trails, including the Canal towpaths. A warm welcome is waiting for you!

In spring and summer the garden is filled with herbs and flowers. You'll usually find a few books in the hall and you're welcome to take any you like the look of. Easy access by rail and road to Edinburgh, Glasgow, and central and southern Scotland. 15 minutes drive to Edinburgh airport.

Harperrig Reservoir is at your door where you can swim and paddle. Endless walks in the Pentlands. Surrounded by farmland. Sit in the hot tub of an evening and watch the colours change in the hills as the sun sets. And wake in the morning to Nespresso coffee.
