Broomlands Boathouse

Nestled in the peaceful and picturesque Lincolnshire countryside is Broomlands Boathouse. Our bespoke, hand-crafted log cabin offers you a relaxing and tranquil get away. Set in the gardens of our farmhouse, on the edge of a private 12 acre lake. Our log cabin provides luxurious bed & breakfast accommodation for two people. Woodhall Spa is a 5 minute drive, with a selection of shops and restaurants, plus the unique Kinema in the Woods, Jubilee Park, with outdoor swimming pool, and Golf. There are fishing lakes 1 minute away or you are welcome to fish in our river. We are very Dog Friendly!

We want to share with you a piece of Lincolnshires best kept secret. With it’s stunning skies, beautiful riverside walks, and the charming village of Woodhall Spa a 5 minute drive away, our barn offers you a peaceful haven away from the stresses of everyday life. The barn has a large bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchenette, shower room and small mezzanine with table and chairs.
