Put your feet up and rest in this newly renovated apartment; or your feet down and walk the sandy Grange beach, stroll along the heritage jetty, swim and play in the normally placid sea, or walk to nearby Henley Beach. Ideal for families - young and old. Amazing sunsets at night. If that's not enough then swing your club at the Grange Golf club, or drive 10km to trendy Glenelg. Enjoy!

Welcome to Tingira Town House! Tingira is an Aboriginal word meaning open sea. Tingira Town house is a bright, cozy two bedroom 2 bathroom 2 story townhouse with direct beach access to the wonderful Semaphore beach. If you would like to rest and recharge, this is a place for you! We have games, beach towels, Foxtel, free internet and Foxtel inc Netflix for use. Fully self contained fully renovated property in a very quiet cul de sac. The beach access is 5 metres just outside the personal gate.

Maple on Royal - A Peaceful and Quiet Experience

This small 1950’s cottage was entirely gutted and rebuilt attempting to keep the peaceful feel of the home yet creating a completely modem look. There was lots of sweat and love that went into every detail to make this home luxurious, comfortable and fresh. Who wouldn’t love a brand new home surrounded by garden, fruit, vegetables and nature. Maple on Royal is a 2 bedroom house, with a large front, side and back garden which is used to grow Organic fruit and vegetables all year round (seasonal).

Only 25 minutes from Adelaide's CBD, 10 minutes to Henley Beach and Semaphore and an eternity away from the husltle and bustle. You really feel like you are on a desert island because the crowds don't gather at West Lakes Shore Beach.
