Absolutely loved my stay! The place was super clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated — it felt like a little home away from home. The kitchen had every utensils I needed, which made cooking a breeze. The host was always quick to respond and the service was on point. Honestly, it’s definitely a go-to spot - in a good and clean neighborhood! Highly recommend and would 100% stay again!

The place is as advertised and more. Those who've been to Kisumu know how hot and uncomfortable the nights can be. Not Raj's place. The place was cool during the day and at night. No mosquitoes to complain about regardless of the close proximity to the lake. Raj was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back on my next trips to Kisumu. A true gem

Getting there was quite tricky as the dirt road leading to the location was in a very bad state after all the recent rains. But super friendly staff member came on a motorbike to meet us and guide the rest of the way. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, like doing the laundry for example. Highly recommend staying here!

I would go back anytime I visit Kisumu.

The host on site was excellent. It's a beautiful house. The only thing that wasn't great was the WiFi wasn't working while we were there. we enjoyed our brief stay.

It was my first time staying at an Airbnb in Kisumu. My expectations were exceeded. Maxwell is not only a fantastic host, but also an amazing human being. He went out of my way to make my stay comfortable. I needed a car for running errands last minute which he provided in no time. Knowing that I am quite pretentious and picky when it comes to accommodation, Maxwells place gets a nod of approval from my end. Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Enormous 20th Century guest house – comfortably fits 4 couples/children, with dining and living area, plus enormous gorgeous garden + gazebo fit for a hotel. Housekeeping staff were present and helpful throughout

Quite a serene environment. Calm and cool place to be. The host was friendly and hospitable, always checking if you need anything. The place was cosy and homely. Even the security is quite friendly and helpful.
