We had a fantastic two-day stay with our family. The host was very responsive, provided clear instructions, and the place was exactly as described. We truly appreciated their honesty in informing us about a valuable item we left behind. The experience was so enjoyable that we wished we could stay longer, but it was fully booked—no surprise, given the outstanding service from the host and the quality of the unit!

Saya dan 4 teman plus 3 anjing menginap 1 malam di Vila Aswata, dan itu benar-benar pengalaman tak terlupakan. Dari pertama kali datang, Tante Nina menyambut kami dengan senyum ramah, membuat kami merasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Setiap detail di vila menunjukkan betapa pedulinya Tante Nina dan timnya. Salah satu momen yang menyentuh adalah saat Tante Nina memberikan whiskey penghangat, bikin suasana makin hangat dan cozy! 🥃 Fasilitas vila lengkap dan nyaman, halaman luas jadi tempat asik buat anjing-anjing saya berlari. Vila ini juga pet-friendly, jadi saya bisa bawa peliharaan tanpa khawatir. Tante Nina ngajak kami tour keliling vila dan ngasih izin early check-in. Lokasinya strategis dan pelayanan yang super ramah. Bintang 5 untuk semua – fasilitas, pelayanan, dan perhatian dari Tante Nina, Suami, dan Staf. Pasti balik lagi ke sini!

Konsep penginapan/cottegenya ok bgt, bersebelahan dengan kebun hidroponik dan mini zoo membuat pengalaman baru saat menginap, ditambah bisa langsung petik sayur kemudian dibuat salad salah satu pelayanan yg bagus, kalau bisa tambahkan konsep grill dan bbq. minusnya cmn dikamar banyak nyamuk, selain itu top deh!! bakal balik lagi insyaAllah

Pengalaman yg sangat menyenangkan menginap di DCT, kamarnya bagus dengan kasur dan meubelair yg bagus dan tertata rapih. Pemandangan yg menakjubkan, pelayanan yg mengesankan (responsif dan murah senyum). Akan sy rekomendasikan ke rekan2 lainnya untuk menginap di DCT. This apartment is perfect and so complete. Love every part of it. From the huge bathroom, having a bench in the bathroom is so underrated. You have everything from microwave and oven toaster. Love the chill out living room. The area is also amazing. Stone throw away from Blok M and Barito Park. Always amazing food around. Will stay at this place again if I ever in South Jakarta! Will even consider long term stay here.

Nice view of room with Dago green view. Comfy stay with clean and tidy room. Breakfast was great and tasty. But a bit noisy when we stay, might be high season caused many family with children. Noisy in room corridor. Feedback: might be host can provide the slippers at room. Overall love the ambience and direct view from my room.

Areanya luas dan aman untuk anak anak, ada aviary park near pool , dog park (noise at nite) but oke , some rooster. View Gede Pangrango sangat cantik ✨️ The Gazebo is nice tp westafelnya mati , Mushola dan area untuk makan dekat pintu masuk nya bagus luas tapi agak berdebu. dan minim sendok garpu gelas dan piring. Kamar mandinya licin, Air panasnya oke semoga nextnya ada sedia handuk dan sabun untuk kami yang dadakan 😆 Karena pergi dadakan susah cari sarapan jadi harus catring 1/2 hari sebelunya solusinya harus keluar ke bawah ada tukang gorengan dan lontong , kalau ke atas ada tukang nasi jam 9 baru buka dan warung jam 6 pagi sudah buka. Atau bawa dari rumah hehe. Overall baik dan worth it sekali untuk keluarga 🥰🤗💝 Bu Karen dan Pak Jerry thankyou!

Enjoyed our stay. Probably busy on weekends, but quiet and peaceful on weekdays. Nice garden area. Bring a blanket if you het cold easily at night. As described, the room comes with linen, but no blankets. On rainy nights you may need it. Overall, we can recommend this and consider this good value for money.

I think this place is underrated. At first i was hesitate because the review is not 5 full stars but i give it a shot and i didnt regret it at all. The host is kind and responsive, standby even when my flight was on midnight, the hotel has 24 room service and breakfast. Will be back here afain for sure

One of the experiences of staying in an AirBnB. Nina and her family is friendly, proactive, and very helpful in hosting. I say, one of the best AirBnB hosts ever! We spend our time here and it felt right at home. Great view, great atmosphere, and we got to meet some handsome K9s here! Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a villa to stay in Puncak. Thank you Kak Nina and Bli! 🙏🏻🫰🏻

Bon logement! Il faut juste penser à nettoyer le dessous du lit et les recoins de la chambre, et mettre des draps propres, pour le reste nickel l’hôtel à changer les draps dès notre demande ! Bon rapport qualité-prix !
