From all the luxuries of a super king size bed to a 75 inch tv with Foxtel included it will have you feeling very comfy sitting on the soft reclining sofa... As soon as you walk through the large tas oak front door, you are rewarded with views of the River Derwent, Wrest Point, Tasman Bridge and stunning Kunanyi/Mt Wellington.

Jan's Studio

Jan's Studio has a cosy queen sized bed, and a small lounge-kitchen space equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi and off-street parking. The space is a separate dwelling looking onto a beautiful garden. It is set in a peaceful neighbourhood and is a short walk to local parks, cafes, and restaurants. Jan's studio lies at the foot of kunanyi/Mount Wellington, and is less than 3 km to Hobart and Salamanca, with its popular Saturday market.

Bayside Studio

Our newly renovated studio is located a block away from the beautiful Bellerive beach which offers a lovely foreshore bike track, beach, outdoor gym facilities, park and cafe. 10 minutes drive to Hobart city and 15 minutes to the airport makes it an ideal place to relax and explore what Hobart and its surrounds has to offer. Very conveniently located near public transport, grocery stores and food options.
