Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

The Cottage is a delightful property in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in the village of Ardingly the property is located in the centre of the village. Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath Railway Station. Local attractions include the South of England Showground, Wakehurst Place & The Bluebell Railway.

Bluebell Bothy Enchanted Woodland Cabin

Pretty cabin, recently refurbished, set in tranquil woodland setting. Central location for many local events around the area. Secluded, but not off the beaten track. Ample parking with woodland pathway leading to Bothy, approx 2 min walk from car. Additional camping can be included in your booking should you wish to bring further friends/family that enjoy sleeping under the stars! Deerkeepers - Boutique rural cottage

Located in a rural area away from main roads and adjacent woodland but also within a few miles of Forest Row and East Grinstead. For those wanting a more active break there are countryside walks straight from the door, use of a shared fitness room and tennis court. Alternatively, the area has several National Trust houses, beautiful gardens and the Ashdown Forest to explore. A car is essential! The cottage is well equipped and furnished to a good standard, as seen in the photos.
