Not your regular rental cabin. Come stay in "The Tackle Box". A fishing themed cabin only 8 mins to downtown Greenville. This fun spot is conveniently located on your way into the Moosehead Lake Region on Rt. 15. Go explore all that the area has to offer and then come back to camp and relax by the firepit for s'mores. Don't feel like getting out? We have wi-fi, a tv and good ol' board games. Whether it's just you or with 5 of your friends, you will remember your unique stay at The Tackle Box.

Lucky Duck Lodge

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. The rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day(maximum of 2) and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.

Pinecone - Apartment in Downtown Greenville

1st floor Apartment in Downtown Greenville w/ direct ATV & snowmobile access. Hiking, skiing, fishing, hunting all a short drive. If you are a boater, there is a boat ramp one street over. When you aren't out exploring the north woods take a walk into town for breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping! Located in the east cove, this studio apartment puts you in the middle of all the action! Especially during Fly-In and 4th of July celebrations, don't worry about parking since you're a walk away!

We recently acquired the house we live in which has an efficiency apartment in the back. It is cozy and private. The house is old and unique. It was previously a long term rental. We wanted to provide a restful space in the heart of Maine Highlands, the crossroads of Central Maine. We enjoy the scenic area with beautiful lakes rivers, multiuse trail systems and trail head of the 100 mile wilderness of the Appalachian Trail, Moosehead lake, Maine's largest lake, and State Parks.

Do you long to go "off the grid," but still want to have light when it gets dark, heat for those chilly Maine nights, and hot coffee in the morning? If so, you are ready for Serenity Now, our comfy cabin -an extreme "glamping" experience- No cellphone service, no WiFi, and no landline means no one will disturb your peace.

Beautiful home on Wyman Lake

This large one bedroom two bath "camp" is located on Wyman Lake directly off Rt. 201, approximately 8 minutes north of Bingham. This is a wonderful location to unwind and decompress. The absolute perfect place to ice fish with the kids. Watch the flags from the window or while your roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Try your hand at smoking meat on the pellet smoker and propane grill combo. Bring your snowshoes (or rent ours) and take your dog on an adventure around the lake.

Moose River Rustic Camp

The cabin has one bedroom with a king size bed, large living area with the most lovely fireplace, small well equipped kitchen and bathroom. It sleeps 3-4 comfortably. There is a queen sized pull out sofa. The cabin is in Moose River, next to Jackman, the area one of the best places to snowmobile in the country. Trails are accessible right from the cabin. The perfect place for snowmobiling, ATV, fishing, hunting, relaxing and hibernating. Perfect sportsman cabin.

River House in West Forks trail access ITS 86 & 87

The River House is located in downtown West Forks near Berry's Store. Close to whitewater rafting, hiking trails, & fishing. Big backyard great for lawn games, fire pit for nightly campfires. Plenty of room for ATV trailer parking and a huge backyard right on the Dead River. Intersection of ITS 86 and 87 across the street, easy trail access. Six restaurants within five miles, also accessible by trails. All new bedding, mattresses, appliances, and furniture.

NEW in 2025! WIFI is now available in ALL 6 of our cottages AND Roku TVs with Hulu + Live TV, Disney + and ESPN +. Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more!

Trailside Cabin

Come & play in the beautiful mountains of western Maine! Cozy, rustic cabin for two. Enjoy miles of multi use trails right off the front steps! If you decide to venture away from the cabin, Rangeley's Saddleback Mt & Sugarloaf USA are both 35 miles away & the college town of Farmington is just 15 minutes south. Our cell service is terrific, but there's no tv or wifi...come to the woods & unplug!

Beautiful Riverside cottage, private, remote, semi-secluded. Located on the Kennebec river. A roomy one room cottage with enclosed porch with a view of the river and the Appalachian Trail crossing. Please be aware that you will lose service in the surrounding area.
