Op het gelijkvloers vindt u 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer met toilet, ingerichte keuken en een ruime woon- en eetkamer. Op de eerste verdieping vindt u 3 slaapkamers, een toilet en een ruime badkamer. In de opbergruimte naast de woning is voldoende plaats voor enkele fietsen op te bergen. Zwembad is niet inbegrepen in de prijs, maar kan optioneel bij gehuurd worden. Onze villa is fantastisch gelegen in het oude Zoute op 10 minuten wandel afstand van het Albert, Knokke en Zoute strand. U geniet van totale rust in een prachtige groene omgeving en hoeft slechts 300 meter af te leggen om te genieten van de leuke winkels en de gezelligste restaurants. Parkeerplaats voor 2/3 wagens. Handdoeken aanwezig en bedden worden opgemaakt in functie van het aantal ingeschreven gasten. Deze woning is geschikt om te genieten van onze prachtige Noordzee in elk seizoen.
