Beachy, Cape-Style Home with Fenced Backyard

Wander to the golf course located next door to this light-filled, spacious house. Loving attention to detail is seen in the interior appointments with touches like reclaimed wood furniture, bohemian wall-hanging decorations, and cozy pendant lighting. Please do not contact me for a discounted rate. I do not rent off Airbnb. This cozy getaway home has 3 bedrooms that sleep six and one sleeper sofa in the common area that can sleep an additional two people. There are two spacious common areas, one with a fireplace and another with a smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all necessary dinnerware, silverware and cookware are provided. The backyard has an outdoor shower. The house is equipped with WiFi internet access. The majority of the property is available to you with the exception of the backyard shed and the basement. Have any questions, concerns or requests? I am available via text, phone, or email. The house is located in West Yarmouth – a very laid-back coastal destination. In the summer months, bike to nearby beaches and restaurants. It’s a short drive to the Cape Cod Mall, movie theater, and Bass River, which offers rental kayaks. Although there are nearby biking and walking routes, we reccomend a car to properly explore the Cape.

Cape Cod Rail Trail, golf, yoga, movies, beaches and charter fishing, and fabulous local restaurants. Dennisport and Harwichport shops are within a few miles & Chatham is a 15 min drive. Wellfleet/P-Town just a 45 min drive.

Lakefront House/Private Dock/Year Round Hot Tub/AC

Beautiful cottage nestled on a half-acre of waterfront property on Swan Pond. The dock offers direct water access. Available are two kayaks, a canoe and two paddleboards. The kitchen offers beautiful views of the water while you enjoy your morning coffee. Local beaches are just minutes away. Enjoy the hammock, swings, hot tub, grill, outdoor fire pits and cocktails on the deck. Wanderers' Rest is located close to bike trails, boat rentals, movie theaters, restaurants, and bars.

Cape Cod Cottage by the Bay!

Classic, beautifully crafted, newer cottage by Cape Cod Bay. All amenities. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
