An ideal getaway with picturesque views for nature lovers, hikers or anyone seeking to escape the hustle & bustle of city life. Enjoy fabulous walks from the village and access the South Downs Way. Local pub serving great food only a few minutes walk. Chichester & Midhurst are approximately 7 miles away.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Nestled in the South Downs national park is our gorgeous shepherds hut. Outstanding views of levin down nature reserve. Come and stay with us, relax, chill and unwind. A small walk up our family garden takes you to your private area with gated garden and shepherd's hut. We offer a welcome hamper when you stay. We have plenty of gorgeous walks, two great pubs in walking distance and the Goodwood estate is only five minutes away.

The Cabin (5 mins from Goodwood & the South Downs)

Just 5 mins from Goodwood, our cosy wooden cabin is set in the South Downs National Park, in a quiet and pretty village. Nestled in a peaceful, private spot at the edge of our garden with lovely views to the open countryside, the cabin gives a feeling of being away from it all and yet is only a 15 min drive to Chichester, a 30 min drive to the sandy beach at West Wittering and just a 3 minute stroll to the village pub. There are lots of lovely walks and cycle routes in the surrounding area.

Secluded self-contained apartment above cartbarn in pretty Sussex village close to Goodwood. Snuggled into the foothills of the South Downs and 2 minutes walk to the fab village pub, this makes the perfect base for a weekend away. Bedroom has twin single beds that zip into a superking, single bed in separated alcove, double sofabed and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely south facing terrace and tennis court. Additional annexe that sleeps 4+, so for big parties you can rent both!

Glamping shepherds hut South Downs

Welcome to our shepherds hut, for a touch of glamping in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Perfectly situated for walkers and cyclists as we are right on the South Downs Way and a short drive for Goodwood events. A cosy retreat with scenic views across the Downs, beautiful sunsets, starry skies and passing wildlife. There is a toilet and shower facility. A kettle, mini fridge and teas, coffees, milk, cereals are included in the hut. An electric heater keeps it nice an cosy.

Flint converted former stables with 4 bedrooms in a village in the heart of the South Downs. Close to Goodwood racecourse and in easy reach of West Wittering Beach. Wonderful walks from the front door. Great village pubs nearby. Suits one or two families with 2x double bedrooms, 2x twin and 3 bathrooms. Perfect for family holidays, or Goodwood events such as racing, the Festival of Speed or the Revival. Go to Chichester Festival theatre or Pallant Gallery for some culture !

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

Countryside Cottage at the foot of the South Downs

This detached, cosy “cottage” within a working farmyard location, is nestled in the South Downs National Park. It is the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the countryside, as it is recognised for its outstanding natural beauty. We want you to feel at home, and have equipped the cottage accordingly. We are located a stone’s throw from Goodwood and Cowdray, and forty minutes from the coast. The area is renowned for its excellent public footpaths, cycle trails and pubs.

The Perry

Separate annexe alongside our traditional Sussex brick and flint cottage, nestled inside the South Downs National Park, close to Goodwood horseracing & motor-racing circuits, the Weald & Downland living museum, home of BBC's The Repair Shop and West Dean Gardens & College. Our friendly local pub and village shop are within a short walk, and the cathedral city of Chichester with the famous Chichester Festival Theatre is 5 miles away.
