Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, updated home just 7 minutes from the University. Centrally located yet in a super quiet, safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of students and university activities. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, including a fridge with ice maker, cookware, dishes, coffee makers (both kinds), blender, mixer, toaster microwave, etc. We have ATT fiber internet (very fast) and smart TVs with dish network plus a sports extra package.

Trion Farms Main House

Beautiful estate house that has it all! Conveniently located 2 miles from I20/59 (Exit 89). It has 6 bedrooms 4 1/2 baths, formal dining, family room, two huge rec rooms. One that is downstairs with roll up doors that opens to the pool featuring a huge bar area, commercial refrigerator, projector for those football/movies. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bath, the other rec room with pool table and projector. This 200+ acre escape is nestled just 15+/- miles from both Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.

Grace Cottage

If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the place for you. Our newly remodeled large private home has a large, wooded lot in a safe small community. Convenient to work in either Birmingham or Tuscaloosa. Three full bedrooms, 2 full baths, Wi-Fi for working remote. Two large screen tv's, foosball and ping pong table and grill provided. Near Mercedes and UAB West. Outdoors can be enjoyed at the Cahaba Wildlife Management Area, Tannehill State Park and Bent Brook Golf Course.

Located halfway between Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, five minutes from the new Smucker's plant, and within 15 minutes of Tannehill State Park and Mercedes, this quaint house has been renovated to consider those with accessibility challenges, including a roll in shower and wall mounted sinks. Wheelchair compatible ramp with direct access to the front entry. This charming cottage offers a tranquil atmosphere in a safe and quiet rural setting. Two night minimum, please. You won't want to leave!

You will be close to everything when you stay at our Cozy Cottage. It's a 2 minute drive to Main Street, many restaurants, grocery stores, and the U of Montevallo. Peaceful parks - Orr, Shoal Creek, Ebenezer Swamp, Cahaba National Wildlife Refuge, & Brierfield SP - bring you close to nature. Relax with a beverage on the front porch swing or the back deck.
