Nautical Aegean Beach Villa with Private Infinity Pool

You can sleep and listen to the sounds of the sea. The rocky beach in front of the house is like beeing private since only the house guests swim in the sea on front... The house is close to athens airport (about 30 kilometers) and there are many places from there to visit around. The poseidon temple is about 20 minutes drive and other ancient Greek monuments are around. There are plenty of sandy beaches and nice taverns with greek traditional plates. Not unless required from the guests. It's a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, perfect for exploring on foot, while the sea here is great for snorkelling in. It's also close to Lavrion Harbour, which offers numerous tavernas, bars, and shopping opportunities. Best way is by car.

Το κέντρο των Αγ.Θεωδώρων είναι 7 λεπτά από την κατοικία. Ενώ 15 λεπτά απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο είναι το Καζίνο Λουτρακίου. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν μεταφορά από το σταθμό τρένου Αγίων Θεοδώρων.

You can reach the house either by metro or bus .

Lithos house it's a contemporary interior design house , with traditional greek touches and modern stuff. You will find a kitchen to cook, a bathroom , and a big room which is the bedroom and there is an ability to use two extra single beds. There is a smart tv connected to netflix. Its a ground floor apartment and its very good option for people with mobility difficulties further more there is a strong wi-fi for professionals. There is a large wardrobe where you can put your belongings.

A beautiful, detached house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the sea, ideal if you want to experience the magic of peace, quiet and a home away from home. House has nice windows and shutters and window screens . The shopping center and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters are just a 3-minute walk away.
