Wake up feeling inspired by the bright interior of this urban retreat. The home showcases a floating staircase leading up to the mezzanine bedroom, neutral tones, natural materials, subtle touches of color, rich textures, and an outdoor relaxing area. A 56m2 split studio tastefully decorated to host. Located in a quiet suburb of Athens few steps from the metro station. It is cozy and very sunny. **Consists of a double bed 140x200 upstairs and an open plan living room-kitchen with a sofa-bed 140x200 that comfortably sleep two. **The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots and pans you could need and would make you feel like home. **It has an inverter A/C unit for heat/cold and central heat if needed. **Luxury designed bathroom with hairdryer, towels, toiletaries, shampoo, and shower gel. Renovated '60s house with garden 3 min from train

A 3 min walk from the train station Iraklio [green line]. Within a lash garden. High ceilings, nice textiles and vintage furniture is part of the building's character. This excellently preserved house offers a unique experience of staying in an active but not touristic neighborhood of Athens. Ευχάριστη διαμονή στο Περιστέρι!

Στο ΠΕΡΙΣΤΕΡΙ , σε ενα απο τα ωραιοτερα προαστια της Αθηνας. 90τ.μ , με ανεξαρτητη εισοδο ,ιδανικό για διαμονη (επαγγελματικη, οικογενειακη, κλπ) . -3 λεπτά απο το Μετρό Ανθούπολης -2 λεπτά απο το Άλσος Περιστερίου (Εκθεσ.Κεντρο) - 15 λεπτά απο το κέντρο της Αθηνας. Ανάμεσα σε 2 super markets, φουρνο ,εστιατορια,καφετεριες, εμπορικα κλπ. Με όμορφη διακόσμηση και όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια όμορφη διαμονή, πιστεύουμε οτι η άνεση και η ικανοποίηση σας είναι δεδομένες!

Μικρό Ρόδι

To Μικρό Ρόδι είναι ο τέλειος συνδυασμός της ζωής στην πόλη αλλά και της χαλάρωσης. Το σύγχρονο Airbnb βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του Κορυδαλλού (6 λεπτά περπάτημα από το μετρό), κοντά στη νυχτερινή ζωή για να είναι βολικό, αλλά αρκετά μακριά για να προσφέρει ηρεμία και γαλήνη. Η αυλή είναι η απόλυτη όαση, με μια όμορφη ροδιά στο κέντρο της. Taratsa spacious studio/room with amazing sea view

Whole upper floor separate entrance. Large room/studio with en suite shower/toilet, fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine with an incredible breathtaking panoramic sea view - beautiful Terrace with sun beds/umbrella in quiet area of Upper Lagonisi/Kalivia Thorikou. Independent stairs/entrance. 25 min drive from Athens Airport. Transportation is definitely needed but a local taxi service can take you to beach and restaurant area. Cats reside on the property.

Most of the Greek Islands are linked by ferry to Piraeus Port and our house is only 10 minutes far from the port.
