The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Located in Tongwynlais, it has excellent transport links to Cardiff city centre in under 20 minutes, and easy access to all of South East Wales. The magical Castell Coch is just up the road, and the Coach House is a 1-minute walk from the local pub. Enjoy fantastic mountain and woodland walks, all nearby for a perfect escape.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Our garden coachhouse is a small modern two bedroom house in our garden. It is a lovely self contained unit. We are conveniently located close to Cardiff and Penarth’s Victorian seafront and pier. There are good bus and train links within walking distance (bus stop is 50 feet from house).There is a pub serving food at the end of the road and many restaurants nearby. There are supermarkets nearby. The Principality stadium, Ninian Park football stadium and the Millenium Centre are all close by.

Nicole’s Casa, Is set on its own in a beautiful garden, is a bright clean open plan place to rest and relax, warm in winter with central heating, we have a kitchen equipped with culinary & crockery ,fridge, microwave/oven and ceramic hob top. Work space table and chairs. There is a cosy double bed, sofa, tv and internet . Shower Room and toilet. Near Nicole’s Casa there a working yard that is quiet most of the time occasional movement of vehicles, our family house is opposite the studio.
