Luxury villa with jacuzzi & bbq

This modern 92 m² holiday flat offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with a touch of luxury on two floors! The accommodation is in a prime location right in Winterberg. The ski area with 27 kilometres of slopes, the Kappe adventure mountain, the bike park and the cosy centre of Winterberg are all within easy walking distance. The many hiking and mountain bike trails also invite you to explore them directly from your accommodation.  The bright living and dining room features a comfortable sofa, a modern TV and a large dining table that seats up to 6 people. From here, you also have direct access to the private terrace. Further highlights await you on the terrace: there you will find a jacuzzi for 2–4 people, a comfortable lounge set, a high-quality seating area with a table for 6 people and a Bastard BBQ Egg for cosy barbecue evenings. The fully equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired: oven, dishwasher, hob, kettle, filter and Nespresso machine for your coffee enjoyment, as well as crockery and cutlery– everything is there to make you feel at home! The accommodation has three bedrooms, each equipped with two comfortable box-spring beds. A modern bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as a separate guest toilet, provide additional comfort. A washing machine and freezer are also available in the heated storage room. For cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts, there is also secure storage for bicycles and ski equipment possible. The accommodation includes three parking spaces, so you can always park comfortably and with plenty of space. Pets: max. 2 dogs welcome. As a guest at Fichtenweg 36, you can also use the central facilities at the nearby UplandParcs Winterberg holiday park at Fichtenweg 12. This includes, for example, the reception there, the bread roll service, the playground and the e-charging stations on the premises. Please note that the electric charging stations are only located on the grounds of Fichtenweg 12 and are not directly at your accommodation.  Our accommodations are not suitable for groups/clubs and stag/hen parties/celebrations. In the event of noise disturbance, you may be denied access to the accommodation. We charge a deposit of two hundred euros per booking for groups of 6 or more people. The deposit does not apply if children are participating in the trip.  

Asian Garden-Das Ferienhaus mit asiatischem Flair.

Auf 400qm² Wohnfläche vermieten wir außergewöhnliche Räume, die fast alle einen wunderschönen Blick auf den asiatischen Garten bieten. Unser japanisches Teehaus läd hier zum verweilen ein und auch ein Grillplatz kann genutzt werden. Wir bieten ein Masterbedroom mit Balkon, incl. Gästezimmer für drei Gäste an. Das Kaminzimmer ist für vier Personen und das Terrassenzimmer für drei Personen ausgelegt. Alle Räume sind mit Wlan und Flatscreen-TV ausgestattet. Wir freuen uns sehr über Deinen Besuch.

Dreamholiday Haus für 20 + Personen

Schönes Einfamilienhaus (ca. 220qm Wfl.) an der Sieg gelegen. Es gibt genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten sowie Bäder, Parkplätze, Balkon und einen großen Garten . Außerdem gibt es einen Whirlpool zum Entspannen. WLAN ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Das Haus ist sehr ländlich gelegen, jedoch erreicht man den Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten und kann so ebenfalls in größere Städte reisen oder in die nächstgelegene, um einzukaufen. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für mehrere Personen oder Familien. Nichtraucherhaus!

Villa Neuastenberg Alexander 4

The villa Neuastenberg Alexander 4 is located in Winterberg and boasts direct access to the ski slopes. The 123 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. On top of that, a private sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. This villa features a private open terrace, perfect for evening relaxation.

De villa heeft 4 slaapkamers met ieder een tweepersoons boxspring, 3 badkamers, een sauna, een hottub, een open haard en een kookeiland. De hoge raampartijen omlijsten het panorama uitzicht! De vertoonde prijzen zijn exclusief eur 150 schoonmaakkosten die zullen worden verrekend met de borg tijdens het uitchecken. De vertoonde prijzen zijn inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken, gas-water-licht en hout voor de open haard!

Villa Vahl, vrijstaand groepshuis regio Winterberg

Geniet met vrienden of familie van ons prachtige vrijstaande huis nabij Winterberg. Met ruime kamers en een eigen tuin bieden wij plek voor maximaal 16 gasten. De eetkamer, woonkamer en keuken zijn voorzien van alle gemakken, er zijn meerdere badkamers en twee aparte toiletten. Geniet aan de grote tafel voor 16 personen. Gratis parkeergelegenheid is beschikbaar. Let op: geen feestlocatie, na 22:00 uur stilte buiten en geen harde muziek. U bent van harte welkom!

Our house is on the edge of the village, surrounded by old trees with a large garden. It is only 45 minutes away from Cologne. It offers enchanting, stylishly furnished rooms, wonderful niches and retreats. You can linger and relax in the garden and in the forest. We are surrounded by wonderful nature and enchanting villages. Our house is also ideal for day workshops and offsite meetings. Projector, screen and flipchart are available.

In winter in front of the fireplace and in summer around the BBQ enjoying the sunset. On colder days a campfire keeps you comfortably warm outside. Villa Silberberg is een gloednieuw luxe vakantiehuis in Winterberg-Silbach. Met groot terras en luxe inrichting voorziet het in alle gemakken.​ De vertoonde prijzen zijn inclusief beddengoed, gas-water-licht,saunagebruik. De kosten ven handdoekenpakket (optioneel € 7,50 p.p.). Deze kosten zullen separaat worden overeengekomen en tijdens uitchecken naar gebruik in rekening worden gebracht.

Kleine Traumvilla am Rhein- kleine Villa im Pfuhl

Die "Kleine Villa im Pfuhl" mit großem Garten ist großzügig geschnitten und im Jahr 2010 liebevoll restauriert worden. Sie eignet sich hervorragend für Familien, Freunde und Unternehmen zum freudigen Zusammensein oder zur Entspannung. Am besten passt eine Gruppe mit 10 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern ins Haus. Weitere Schlafzimmer können aber im Nachbarhaus auf Anfrage hinzugebucht werden.
