Paradise on the passage

Our house is walking distance to Pumistone passage for swimming,kayaking,boat hire, Parkrun (Sats), views of the Glasshouse Mtns, dining, and 2 pubs/hotels . A patrolled surf beach is only 10 mins away on the other side with perfect views to Moreton Island. You'll love my place because of the outdoor area, plenty lots of bird life,easy promenade walking/cycling ,children's playgrounds and good coffee shops. My place is good for families,couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Our beautiful 3 bedroom house is perfectly located in the newly developed Bribie Lakes, which is centrally located to everything our beautiful Island has to offer. The main shopping centre is a short 5 minute stroll away. The estate has beautiful walking tracks which meander around the 3 lakes.
