This house is located in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood midway from Caloundra to Mooloolaba. It has everything you need at your fingertips. Minutes drive to lakes, beaches, shops and eateries. Glass House Mountain, Australian Zoo, Tree Top Challenge, and Big Cart Track are about a 20-30 minutes drive. *High standard of cleaning and sanitising

Perfect Quiet Retreat

IMPORTANT: there is a 2 person maximum. If you are a healthy person and want to have a quiet time away, then this place is perfect for you. You will have a whole separate and independent apartment on the second floor of the house. The hosts live on the ground floor. Connected to wifi and and only 1 hour away from Brisbane, 1 minute drive to the beach and 1 min drive to the supermarket, post office, petrol station, and restaurants. Our place is for respectful, non-partying people only thanks.

Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast highlands overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. Nightly rate includes 2 Adults (sleeps 4) and firewood each night. Pet fee is separate for extra hygienic clean.

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Bird Song Valley is just 1klm from the heart of the beautiful hinterland town of Montville on the Sunshine Coast. So close to everything that Montville has to offer but with the seclusion and peace and quiet so many of us desire. Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a group up to 6 people, Bird Song Valley has something for everyone. Note base rate is for 2 guests only twin share. Historic French style mountaintop scenic homestead

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
