A very unique 1900's Dairy Barn converted to living quarters. This separate unit within the barn is approximately 1600 sqft with its own private entrance. It is loaded with features such as clawfoot tub, huge master bedroom, open kitchen living. Queen size beds in master, bedroom 2 and queen sofabed. For 3 generations the farm operated as a Grade A milk farm with a max of 50 head of cattle. Today we want to share our beautiful part of the country with you. In October of 2019 the farm became registered as a Certified Tree Farm with American Tree Farm System. It’s home to various species of hardwoods.

The Cut in the Hill Aframe Chalet

The Cut In The Hill Chalets is a relatively unknown gem in the Ross, Hocking, Jackson and Vinton County region. The majestic, mature forest make it a perfect week long or weekend getaway! Our chalet are surrounded by hundreds of acres of tall hardwood trees, hills and valleys. Very secluded!! Wellston & Jackson Ohio are the closest towns. There are a lot of small local craft, art shops and Amish communities in the area as well as great places to eat! Most are locally owed & operated.

Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

The Clean Slate

The Clean Slate cabin is our version of a perfect place away from home. It is fully furnished and stocked to sleep and entertain up to 6 people. A brand new cabin built on 5 acres with a private driveway. It is located only a short 15-20 minute drive from all main attractions that Hocking Hills region has to offer. This cabin has everything you can think of and more for your perfect friends or family getaway to enjoy, relax and start the next day with a clean slate.

Nestled amidst nature's serenity, this cabin offers a fusion of rustic charm and modern luxury. High speed Wi-Fi!! No cleaning fee!! The cabin boasts a beautiful kitchen, loft queen bedroom, pull-out queen bed in the living room below. Outdoor propane grill, brand new hot tub, and a stone outdoor fireplace.

Welcome to Creekside Haven! Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Relax by the fire pit, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).

Three bedroom townhome located on the top two floors of a recently renovated historic building in downtown Chillicothe. The living room is a beautiful, two story space featuring windows that overlook one of the busiest areas of downtown Chillicothe. Modern decor paired with historic elements, help provide the perfect space for a relaxing and cozy feel while providing a high-end experience.

Farm House Mobile Living

This unit is located Henderson’s farm and arena that hosts many Equestrain events year round. It is also located by a western store for convenient shopping. Three bedroom with two baths and a full kitchen is roomy for an entire family for a getaway. This unit does share a drive with another home. It is conveniently located just off of State Route 32 near the Pike co line.

The quiet country road, and the beautiful view overlooking Salt Creek is absolute peace! We have a great firepit to sit around and relax. And you can enjoy sitting on the large front or rear deck.
