A very unique 1900's Dairy Barn converted to living quarters. This separate unit within the barn is approximately 1600 sqft with its own private entrance. Our A-frame cabin is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, providing you with an unforgettable getaway. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance of natural wood and large windows that bathe the interior in natural light. Relax in the hot tub & enjoy the scenic view from the balcony.

Equestrian Studio

Quaint in the hills of Southern Ohio. This studio apartment is a one bed room with a lovely view overlooking the outdoor horse riding arena. It offers a kitchenette and sitting area downstairs. Upstairs has a queen size bed over looking the riding arena. A country setting at it's best. Pet friendly. Trailer Parking available. Some weekends we host equine events. Horses and exhibitors will be around the facility. There is a horse arena in front and at times you can watch !

Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Downstairs in the basement you will find another living room, master bedroom with en suite bath, and gym. It can be the perfect space for families, friends groups, hunters and more!

The Barn Owl near Hocking Hills & Lake Hope

No cleaning fees! It's like a fairy tale! This Amish built barn has been beautifully finished to be the perfect place to relax on your trip. The large, private yard boasts a hot tub, propane grill, picnic table, and fire ring. Inside you'll find multiple easy-to-use electric fireplaces, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, a dedicated work space, coffee bar, and a fully-stocked kitchen all gorgeously decorated. Sleeps 2. Come stay at our cabin along Walnut Creek with your own access to the water. Enjoy having no neighbors on a quiet country road. Soak up time in the the outdoor hot tub on the porch, or sitting on the covered deck watching the water flow past. You’ll have several games inside, and everything you could need in the kitchen or outdoor gas BBQ grill. There’s picnic tables under your own shelter house! Registration 28582
