Enjoy easy access to everything the Manistee National Forest has to offer. This home is 2000 sq ft with 3bd/2ba in a country like setting with plenty of privacy. The snowmobile/orv trails are 1000 ft down the road, Red Bridge boat launch , Tippy Dam & Hodenpyl Dam are just mins away. Both Caberfae & Crystal Mountain ski resorts are in the area. The Pine & Manistee rivers are near by for kayaks, boats and fishing. Don’t forget the hiking trails & beaches. Sleeping Bear Nat Dunes 1 hr drive north.

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Pine Woods Retreat is tucked away on 2 acres of woods in Irons, this private retreat is made for unwinding. Enjoy the hot tub with lake views or smores over the outdoor fire pit. We are a dog friendly property. We are minutes from the Pine River, ORV trails, Tippy Dam, and Manistee National Forest. Due to unprecedented rain/flooding in the area this spring, the dock is unusable for the foreseeable future. *There is a small a/c unit in the living room. Portable fans are available as well.*

Located close to many attractions which include: 20 miles to Lake Michigan, 10 mile to Tippy Dam, 14 miles to Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, 22 miles to Caberfae Peaks, 15 miles to Little River Casino, several golf course within a half hour drive, and part of the Manistee County Snowmobile Trail System.

The Manistee River Retreat is a home located on a bluff overlooking the Manistee River. It is on a private drive. The large deck has a grille, dining table and a table and chairs by the fire pit. The deck overlooks the river valley. From the kitchen door wall is the screen porch that has a dining set for four. Inside the remodeled home is a spacious eat in kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, full bath and a mud room. Like our other Airbnb "Manistee River Cabin" it is sparkling clean.
