Within an easy and flat 5 minute walk from Khandallah Village is our brand new, fully independent and fully equipped 1 bedroom spacious 50m2 unit. Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

Holly’s Flat- close to Ferry! Plus EV.

Centrally located and on bus route 24, stops just outside. Few minutes walk to Raroa or Khandallah Train Station. About 12 minutes (7km) drive into CBD or Picton Ferry terminal. Supermarket about 2km away. The accommodation is a ground floor flat, owner lives in the upstairs dwelling hence please expect general noise from movement upstairs during the day. The flat has been newly and fully renovated with double glazed doors and windows. Light complementary breakfast and toiletries provided.

Little White Beach Cabin - 1min beach, 12mins city

Light, comfortable studio sized guesthouse with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, fiber wifi, Smart TV, fridge, microwave, and self-service breakfast in relaxed Island Bay. The guesthouse is 10m across the garden from our house. Please note there is a microwave and bowls, plates, cutlery, glasses; but not a full kitchen walk: 7mins to beach, 10 15mins to local cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, cinema drive: 15mins to Te Papa, CBD, airport 10mins to WLG Hospital 20mins to ferries

Wellington Airport is ten minutes drive, and the cottage is well served by buses and Mevo car hire.

Fully furnished apartment just off SH1 with easy access to Wellington's city centre, the ferry and Sky stadium. A perfect stop off on the way to a game, a concert or to hop on the ferry. This is a great base for enjoying the Wellington region and the northern suburbs. It is a 8 minute walk to Johnsonville centre with access to #1 bus line and the train. This apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey house. BBQ available on request.
