Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

Oak Leaf Mews Apartment - bright, airy and private

Located six miles from the centre of Lincoln, Oak Leaf Mews offers unique private accommodation, electric gate access and a private garden area. This is a small brick shed. It is located in a quiet, rural location with the city of Lincoln a 20 minutes drive away. It is a stand-alone building that comprises a bedroom (with a double bed) and an en-suite shower and toilet room. There is a kettle, toaster, mini-fridge and mini-microwave for preparing drinks, warming up a take away etc (i.e. it is not a kitchen). Outside there is a private, walled and gated patio equipped with a table and two chairs.
