Unique Waterfront Artist Cottage

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Only 1/4 mile to Lecount Hollow Beach, a beautiful ocean beach with 80 ft. sand dunes and gorgeous sunrises! Within walking distance of PBs, a popular french bakery and bar, a small plaza with liquor store, burger place, P.O., bike rentals, and Beachcomber Shop. Bike trail access is right down the street. Studio- No indoor shower (only outdoor) or heat and only available May through September.

The bright open floor plan with fireplace, blue slate floors, high open ceilings to second floor, three pairs of sliders that boast nature, water views, fire pit, and screened in lounge and abundant sunlight. Walking distance to a small private dog friendly beach. Driving distance to many great beaches.

Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.
