1/2 acre lot, on a private road. Your personal oasis. Enjoy all the natural wonders that Wellfleet and the outer Cape have to offer. Walk through the woods to the gorgeous salt marsh at the Pilgrim Springs conservation area, just down the dirt road from the house. Take a walk, bike, or 4 minute drive to beautiful Indian Neck bay beach and oyster grounds! The amazing ocean beaches are 8 minutes away by car or 18 minute bike ride. Highchair availabe on request. Conveniently situated - close to Wellfleet center, Harbor, Mayo beach, Great Island, Duck Harbor.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. During this time (Mid June through Mid September, check in and out are on Saturdays.

This little gem is a three-bedroom Cape style with two bedrooms upstairs and a full bath with a walk-in shower. You will find another full bedroom and bath w/tub on the first floor. Open living/dining room & great kitchen. This property offers comfort and privacy with a level spacious backyard, firepit & outdoor shower.

Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
