This location provides sandy beaches with main lake views, tennis court, boat trailer parking lot. Located only minutes from I-95 and convenient to RDU, Richmond and Virginia Beach areas.

Enjoy family time at the lake and relax in this peaceful cottage that is walking distance to the community beach with a sand volleyball court, basketball court, picnic and playground area. If you have a boat bring it. You will have access to the beach boat ramp. The home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you love golf , no problem..the property is part of a country club with a 9 hole golf course (daily fees apply). If you like tennis, tennis courts are also available for a daily fee.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Cozy Coop Barn Apartment on Hobby Farm

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

Bring your own boat to fish or ski the day away, with the ability to moor it up at the boathouse for easy everyday use. The perfect spot for a family trip. Bring the fam and enjoy getting outdoors and being active. The lake is always open. Food Lion and some local restaurants are nearby. Work or do school work. Wi-fi is 200 MHz. Bring your own boat. We have 2 boat ramps each less than a half mile away. Our kayaks are here for your use. And did I mention that pets are welcome?
