Son accès facile à l'autoroute (2 min) et sa situation au pied des collines kanfenoises font de cet appartement un lieu privilégié pour séjour professionnel, escapades citadines ou activités en pleine nature. Tous les commerces de proximité sont accessibles à pied.

Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce superbe appartement NEUF de 70m2 de surface habitable comprenant 30m2 de terrasses en rez de jardin et 2 parkings privatifs. Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haut de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

Studio in the attic

A cosy, charming studio ready to welcome you for your stay in Luxembourg! Located in Hesperange, a nice town in the Alzette river valley, surrounded by green spaces, just a short bus ride away from Luxembourg City. All the essentials are available (bed linen, towels, soaps, etc.), a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. Note that the attic is on the third floor, there is no elevator, and the access is via a narrow staircase that can be seen in the photos.

Charming, cozy 2nd floor flat right in the heart of the beautiful touristic and lively Grund area of the city. Set into the rocks of the valley in a delightful tree lined courtyard of a historical building, above a recently renovated restaurant. The apartment is within close walking distance of many of the popular touristic sites, restaurants and nightlife. We provide all bed linen, towels etc, with tea and coffee as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the bathroom.

Très joli studio lumineux récent, indépendant pour une ou deux personne (s), tout équipé (à côté de notre maison) situé à quelques pas de la frontière Luxembourgeoise ( 5 min de Dudelange, 20 min du centre ville de Luxembourg (hors trafic) 15 min de la centrale EDF de Cattenom, 15 min de Thionville) Nous sommes également à 5 min de Kanfen et sa sortie/entrée de la A31 Un véhicule est nécessaire pour se déplacer car il n’y a aucun transport en commun qui dessert le village

Néanmoins, vu le caractère central de l'appartement, un véhicule n'est pas nécessaire. Possibilité de louer un garage box fermé.

Important: There is no possibility to register in local commune during your stay. Address is blocked for this purpose as it's short term stay. In case of prolongation/ longer term stay a regular contract with registration is optional. It's located in a newly renovated duplex. It’s on the top floor and separated from the rest of the apartment which guarantees you privacy.
