The Pond House is a historic three-bedroom home nestled in Shelter Harbor, a community of Westerly, Rhode Island. Our cozy property is on the water with ocean and pond views from the porch and sun deck, providing stunning sunrises and sunsets. You will have private ocean beach access and kayaks to use on the pond. The house has a full kitchen and there are excellent dining options nearby. The Pond House is home to 100 years of memories for our family. We're excited to share it with you.
Escape the city and spend the summer on the shore. Available weekly or short-term, this bright, clean and charming cottage is perfect for families with plenty of room to spread out. One mile to Misquamicut beach, and a few minutes drive to downtown and Watch Hill shops and outdoor dining. Spend the day at the beach and come home to a large enclosed outdoor shower and enjoy the evening on your private patio with gas grill and shaded patio set.
Welcome to our wooded neighborhood near Quonochontaug Pond. Highlights include beaches, walks along the shore or on forest trails and a finnish soapstone wood burning stove, spring greens and flowers showing their faces, and sometimes a good thick snow! Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. We follow Airbnb's/CDC Covid-19 guidelines regarding cleaning and disinfecting and leave a 72 hour buffer between bookings. Earlier check-in and later check-out are often possible booking dependent.
