The Music Room - a luxurious, rural retreat

Stunning, newly renovated property surrounded by the historic Fawsley Estate. Fawsley Hall hotel is a short walk away. Crockwell Farm is 7 miles and Silverstone Circuit is just a 30 minute drive. The Music Room is a unique detached stone cottage next to our family home that combines quirky character with luxurious contemporary living. Beautiful Thatched Cottage Annex with Piano

Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Ivydene Studio

This unique place has a style all its own. A self contained studio with a kingsize bed, kitchen and dining area and separate shower and toilet. Located in Weedon and close to Silverstone, Northampton and the many beautiful surrounding villages. With good transport links the studio has lots of places to explore, The Grand Union canal is metres away from the property. “Studio” is located in the popular Village of Weedon and owned by the Ward family. We look forward to welcoming you for your stay.

Bay Tree Cottage is a delightful, cosy & private retreat, centrally located with easy access by road or train (M1, M6, A14). You have the entire cottage to yourself with private off road parking for 3 cars & private front & rear gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area & Utility room. Living room with 60" TV, Sky, DVD & log burner. Bathroom with shower & entrance Hall 1st floor: Main bedroom - King size bed & 50"TV, Second bedroom with Double Bed & Wardrobe, Bathroom with Roll top bath.

'The Barn' - Spacious barn in pretty canal village

Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

Rural annexe in Kislingbury

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

Hot tub, hut and heavenly views!

Private area for you to relax and unwind enjoy the stunning views across miles of unspoilt countryside but few miles from shops and amenities. Fantastic farm shop walking distance. Off road foot paths and bridleways! relax in tranquility!! All the rustic charm with the quality of a hotel stay. Can accommodate well behaved dogs or bring a horse!! With room to pitch a tent too (extra) I live onsite in Farm house so can help as much or as little required! Hot tub lite on arrival extra cost.

The Loft at Newnham Lodge

In the middle of our farm, the Loft is a detached, self-contained first floor apartment accessed via an external oak staircase. There are 2 bedrooms, a huge bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower, a galley kitchen (two ring hob, microwave and combi oven/grill), and ample living space. The Loft sleeps a max of 4 people with either 2 superkings OR one superking and 2 singles. A cot is also available. There is a dining table, sofas with TV, and a flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

Rural Retreat with hot tub and bar area

Badby Lodge is a beautifully renovated annexe nestled in 6 acres of beautiful grounds. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double, both with en-suites. This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.
