Artist's Retreat Guest House

The Artist's Retreat Guest House is a two-bedroom Craftsman bungalow in the Earlham College neighborhood that welcomes adults visiting our community of Richmond, Indiana. It features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a library filled with art books, a garden, fine antiques, and works by regional and international artists. Sorry, but no children, pets, or smoking. We keep the house allergen-free and many of the art pieces are too fragile or heavy for the safety of children and animals.

Small Victorian Cottage at Earlham

This is a small cottage, an old home built around 1900. It is right across the street from Earlham College, and just off Historic Nat’l Road/Highway 40. We are an easy walk to a grocery, medical care, a hardware store, restaurants, and churches. The Whitewater Gorge & Cardinal Greenway Trail is also within walking distance. We keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest home. This listing includes: two private bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, bath and living/dining room.

Cabin on 40 acres with seasonal pool and hot tub

Come enjoy our cabin on 40 acres with above ground pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day (solar cover)! Cabin has a set of bunk beds and a full size bed also. Supplied cooking appliances include a gas grill, air fryer, and instant pot. Mini fridge/freezer in cabin. Running water from spicket. New outdoor shower!Outdoor port-a potty .Also has area for fire, wood available to purchase. No linens or trash bags provided and trash must be carried out. No pets! The seasonal hot tub is up by the barn!

Cozy 3BRw/porch kids OK, no pets, near EC-IUE-Reid

This private, spacious, two-story older home, was built in 1918. We do not allow pets. Past guests have loved the cozy gas fireplace and lovely front porch. Sleeps up to 6 in 3 upstairs bedrooms; with half bath on main floor, full bath upstairs. Kid-friendly, across from a wooded city park with rentable shelters, a playground and a basketball court. In a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Earlham College, 3.7 miles from Reid Hospital and IU East, 2.5 miles from Wayne County Fairground.

Guest Suite In A Secluded Cabin Natural Paradise

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The rental includes the entire 1200 sq. ft. lower level of the cabin. The walk out patio puts you 8 ft. from the edge of the woods. There are deer, turkeys and the occasional peacock. The pond is stocked and you are welcome to fish. There are also goats that live on the premise. The living space has two bedrooms and a pull out couch. All the living space has been newly remodeled. You are free to enjoy the entire 20 acre property.

Cabin and/or camper spot, with 30 amp electric & hydrant water. Cabin has 1 full bed, bunk beds (max 4, bring your own linens, firm mattresses) equipped with AC/heat & mini fridge. Indiana's best keep secret - The Love Shack - nestled down a long lane in between 2 fields in rural Economy Indiana with pond & 3 acres to yourself. You will have a great time staying in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, wheel chair accessible bathroom apartment. We have a spacious, open-concept kitchen and livingroom suitable for larger families or even hosting a small gathering or event. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.
