Nestled in between Rochester & Corning is the Nest. A quaint escape from everyday hustle & bustle. The Nest is centrally located within the crossroads of the Finger Lakes & the Southern Tier in Wayland NY (Exit 3). Surrounded by Rolling hills & agricultural fields. NOTE-Next to FOrX Summer Stage. Concerts take place Saturdays (ONLY)June-Oct. Be advised on concert nights the units deck overlooks the action & can be loud. Not suitable for children 3 & under. Unit has stairs & is close to the road.

The entrance to the apartment has mats for shoes or boots and hooks for coats and backpacks. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with a tub and shower attached. There has been a smart tv added to the bedroom wall since the pictures were taken. On the garment rack there are extra pillows, linens and a fleece blanket for your convenience. The living room has a half bath, air mattress and furniture to relax or watch tv. The kitchen is small and equipped to prepare simple meals.

The HALEY Cabin

Brand new build 2024! Peaceful farmhouse style cabin on a private 13 acre wooded lot. Hiking trails throughout. Upper mill creek can be accessed from the property. The property joins the Genesee preserve, where you can hike to a waterfall. Cornhole boards are provided. In the exterior pictures you’ll see a sign that says “Cabin Rentals” you will want to look for that at the road, and take the lower driveway, all the way out back to the cabin. there is no smoking in the cabin.

If you're looking for a unique, family & pet(for a fee) friendly, quiet getaway in a rustic lodge in the woods close to the Finger Lakes, county & state parks and 4 ski areas, this is your spot! Max occupancy 4. Firewood provided for wood stove(short cut) and fire pit(long cut). A level 2 EV charger with either a J1772 connector or an NACS(AKA Tesla) connector. Please notify us in advance if a cable swap out is necessary, so it will be ready for you when you arrive.
