Secluded beach-side accommodation set within the sand dunes of Sea Palling’s Blue Flag beach! We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

My place is close to The Broads with a Nature Reserve nearby. We are on the Weavers Way long distance path and Norwich is only 30 mins away, and North Norfolk only 40 mins. The nearby coastline (15 mins) has unspoiled beaches and in winter Grey Seals have their pups. You’ll love my place because of The peaceful location, countryside, wonderful wildlife and dark starlit skies. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Sea Palling Family holiday home near beach

Spacious, light and airy rooms with WIFI, smart TV. The dining area opens out onto the decking with canopy. The ground floor bedroom has a king size luxury bed. The twin room is upstairs with zip and link beds plus another single bedroom. The bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet is on the ground floor. There is an enclosed garden with plenty of seating. The brick-weave at the front has parking for two cars. Located just a 5/10 min walk from the sandy beach and local amenities.

Sea Hollies, Sea Palling

Sea Palling is a village in the Norfolk Broads. Skies are big and clear, the air refreshed by North Sea storms. Nights are dark, silence unbroken. The cottage sits on the edge of a large arable field across which runs a public footpath to sand dunes and miles of uninterupted sandy beach. A stable door to the cottage leads into a beamed sitting room with a large inglenook, a multi-fuel stove and central heating. From this cosy spot it is but a short walk to a village shop and Post Office.

Easily sleeps a family of six with private parking, enclosed rear garden, living room, dining room, kitchen and utility. Being so close to the sea, The Haven is perfectly located to explore the beach as often as you wish.
