This home comes with two bedrooms, two baths and will accommodate 8 guests comfortably with the added pull-out sofa bed. Added features also include a 75” flat screen TV in the living room with flat screen TVs in both bedrooms as well. The back covered patio is over 1,000 sq. ft. with a large area for outdoor dining, grilling, or relaxing and watching the deer from the back porch or around the fire pit.

"The 34" Quiet Country Getaway on 34 acres

"The 34" is a cozy one bedroom/one bath metal cabin on 34 acres with coastal hayfields, wooded areas, 3 ponds and lots of wildlife. This is a quiet place, far from the main road, no close neighbors. You can stop in town for supplies, only a 5 minute drive to the "Finer Foods" store, or make a quick trip to Muenster and visit Fischer's Meat Market for amazing steaks, German bratwurst & specialty cheeses. Cook something on the charcoal grill (you will need to bring charcoal/lighter fluid).

The Lake Place

Gated property surrounded mostly by Waurika Lake. Pond, Propane Fire Pit, Gas Grill, Large Shop Area with Television, Outdoor Shower, Coffee Maker, Blender, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher & more. All bathrooms stocked with natural & organic Soap, Lotion, Shampoo & Conditioner. It’s a great place for gathering with friends or family. Plenty of parking. No pets allowed. 5 bedrooms located upstairs. 1 nook with queen bed located at first stair landing. Queen Murphy bed downstairs.

Hidden Rustic Cabin on Lake - Dock, Fish, Swim, FP

Relax with the whole family at this idyllic cabin on Lake Nocona. Catch tasty crappie or catfish and trophy sized bass off the dock with the kids. Or bring the ski/wake boat to sail across the glassy water. Make memories and s'mores on an open fire while you watch a watercolor sunset. Spacious decks, comfortable furniture and endless skies. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The perfect lake escape.

Welcome to Ivy Cottage. Your family will be close to all attractions when you stay at this centrally-located home. We hope you enjoy your stay in our recently updated quaint 1930’s home. Local attractions include Chisholm Trail Museum, historic downtown shopping, Kochendorfer Brewing, Simmons Center, and several golf courses.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a place for your larger animals like horses available per request (2 horses) to stay and it is only minutes away from the Stephens County Fairgrounds. If you have more than one pet there will be an extra fee and dogs must be in kennel when left alone.

Sugarberry Cottage

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. House is over 100 years old,but updated to modern conveniences. Quirkie and fun. Fell in love with it, wanted to retain the history of the place.You feel at home the moment you walk in. Please make yourself at home!
