Comfortable 1st floor apartment of a house

Heather and Martin offer an entire private first floor apartment in a leafy,quiet road of an affluent area just 5 minutes drive from the Harry Potter Studio Tour. Accommodation comprises a spacious double bedroom, bathroom and well equipped snug sitting room all accessed by a private entrance from a shared hallway. This is a private apartment taking the entire upstairs of their house.Breakfast provided with homemade fare. Parking on drive incl; EV charging (small fee).Great road and rail links.

Cosy private self contained annex attached to home is perfect for business or pleasure. The whole place is yours; kitchen, lounge, bathroom, bedroom and patio area. 1 Parking space. Shared porch. Not suitable for children. Only two guests allowed. Driving distance to the industrial area, to town, bars & restaurants or a short walk/drive to main railway lines to London. The mainline train station is a 5 min. walk with direct access to London Euston. Lovely light & spacious one UK kingsize bed flat. In the heart of the city centre, close to shops & restaurants. Luton airport - 11 mins by train; by car 20/30mins. Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Located 25 minutes from London Marylebone by use of Chiltern Railway Services at Gerrards Cross Station (10-15 minute walk from property) and no more than 40 minute drive from London Heathrow. This accommodation will provide a home away from home experience.

Take a walk to Windsor and Eton via the home park or the riverside. You can even walk to Eton through the school grounds from here. Our little studio is freshly decorated and welcomes you to stay. There is a new addition which is a King size bed with Hypnos mattress that will guarantee you a good night sleep. Perfect to relax after a busy day.
