Close proximity to I-95, Messalonskee and prestigious Belgrade Lakes you will find home to a wide variety of wildlife and nature. Boating, fishing and ATV riding close by! The campus includes a loft with a view, walking trail, free/overflow parking. A luxury, campy feel makes this a perfect getaway for you and your family. Please note some amenities are seasonal. Clean & Comfortable, 2nd Fl Apt

Waterville is a small town just off the interstate in Central Maine and is approximately an hour from all major cities, the mountains, the coast, and about 2 1/2+-hrs to Acadia. The rental is in a residential neighborhood less than a mile from the interstate, Colby, restaurants, shopping, movies, and parks. There are many recreational opportunities nearby to walk/run, hike, bike, and/or kayak. The apartment has a private entrance, on the second floor (13 stairs up) in an owner occupied duplex.

Clean, quiet, cozy, and includes extras that will make your stay a comfortable one. We host short or long term. Located in the Belgrade Lakes region this home is nearby Colby and Thomas College, Maine General Hospital, centrally located between Waterville and Augusta, and 1 hour to the Maine coast as well as ski mountains. Enjoy hiking, fishing, exploring Maine, and more! For great dining options your commute is 5-10 minutes, or you can stay in and have delivery from one of our local eateries.

Come play Pickleball with just a quick walk over to the courts, driving not necessary!Close to downtown Waterville, Colby College, Thomas College, UMaine Farmington. 2 min from Messalonskee Lake boat launch where you can boat, kayak, canoe, & ice fish. Proximity to ski mountains, Titcomb, Black Mountain, Sugar Loaf & Sunday River. Please note BBQ is only accessible May-October.

The Cabin -Skowhegan

Main floor has living area, kitchen and dining area, 1 queen bed, with a daybed and trundler. Loft has 2 twin beds. The couch could be used as a bed, full bathroom. Has no kitchen sink but has a kitchen area with microwave, large air fry oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker, iron/board. Also has TV, DVD/Blue ray player, Gas BBQ (May to November 1st.), as well as a picnic table, out door fire pit. For guest who are traveling by plane, towels are provided, upon request.

Downtown Augusta - 2 Bedroom - Newly renovated!

Located at the heart of downtown Augusta, this 2 bedroom apartment is a wonderful choice when visiting Augusta Maine with another couple or if you just want more room then your average hotel! This 2nd floor apartment comes fully furnished with brand new furniture, supplies and bedding! The apartment has keyless entry via a keypad with each guests receiving a unique pin. Our private Cozy House has just been renovated! We put in a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and a big 4k smart tv. It's in a friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Waterville only five minutes from Colby College, Thomas College (by car) and just a few minutes from downtown Waterville. Everything is very close to our location. There's a Hannafords nearby, Maine General Hospital and many restaurants, schools and stores. We are located on a private dead-end driveway .

Discover this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood in Hallowell. In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.
