Unwind in the courtyard of this beautiful, architecturally redesigned Sydney apartment. Light-filled and spacious, there is no better place to relax after a day in the city. Great attention has gone into the home's artistic style. Recently renovated, this ground level apartment is in 'as new' pristine condition. Architecturally remodelled the space keeps many of its traditional terrace features, with tasteful modernisation, including - - Loads of natural light from glass skylights in the main living area - Quality furnishings and art throughout - Timber floors in main living and kitchen, with wool carpet in the bedroom - Ducted climate aircon throughout, ensures comfort on hot Sydney days and nights - including in bedroom - Full laundry including washing machine, dryer and tub (detergent supplied) - Induction cooking and cookware provided - Double integrated Dishdraw (dishwasher) - Filtered water & ice dispensing refrigerator - Marble bathroom, with underfloor heating and dual shower heads - including waterfall head - Access to wifi and Apple TV/Netflix on 50" smart LCD television - Private courtyard and outdoor table accessed via bi-fold doors - Separate home-office space, with built-in desk - Bedroom and living area separated by hallway - Queen size bed with new high-end, medium/firm latex mattress - All bedding and linen provided for your stay, including towels and beach towels No interaction necessary - keys are accessed via lock-box to let yourself in. I live in the property directly above the apartment, so I may bump into you at some stage. Surry Hills is one of the city's most vibrant suburbs, with many of Sydney's major attractions just a walk away. Cafes, bars, restaurants, and a mini supermarket and liquor store are all within 150 metres. Please note that I live directly above the apartment, so just a friendly reminder that this is not a party or event rental.

Stunning studio apartment in the renowned Woolloomooloo Wharf built in 1915. Its beautiful views over the water and Potts Point are key, but this studio has everything you need for a city visit or a staycation. Conveniently placed just minutes to Potts Point and within walking distance to all of Sydney's main attractions: Botanic Gardens, Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Art Gallery NSW, Museum of Contemporary Art and the CBD. 2 guests, any more will be charged on top. No parking for this apartment

Unit 4. 65A Fitzroy St. Surry Hills

Studio apartment completely renovated October 18. Very light, quiet with private balcony. New kitchen with Bosch oven , Bosch dishwasher, induction cooktop and microwave. All new furniture. Fast internet connection. Queen size bed with quality linen. I supply a box of cereal, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk. Sorry I don't have off street parking available. Building is powered by 38 solar panels on the roof. I hope to install batteries to make the building carbon neutral 6 month of the year.

Ground floor apartment, direct access to street, opposite Alexandria Park. Great location close to airport, Erskineville, Newtown, and city. Close to bus stop and Redfern and Green Square train stations - only one stop from Central. Cafe on street corner and many more cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Front courtyard with outdoor setting. Free parking in street. Sleeps 4- One bedroom with double bed. There is another fold out sofa bed in the lounge.
