Walk out to the back deck and experience some of the best views of Waterbury including Fireworks from the back deck (July). Wi-Fi/cable, central AC/hot air, washer/dryer, and patio furniture/grill (seasonal) are included with the stay. Plenty of entertainment (board games, corn hole, foosball, air hockey) are provided. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

A slightly longer drive will take you to to the beautiful shoreline, Hammonasset Beach State Park, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos!

Workspace available. 1 bedroom w/ king bed. 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. Fully finished basement with 60inch TV, kids toys and fitness equipment/stationary bike. Deck and below deck hang out space. Though we aren’t living here full time, it’s still the place we call home, and we will use it when it’s not booked. Long stays welcome.

Relax in bed with 40" HDTV with Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Netflix, premium cable. Enjoy private gardens to sun, read a book or cup of coffee. Short drive to 4 Vineyards, Theater and the train station.
