This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

Country Relaxation

Unwind and relax in this cozy little guest space, located in southern Ohio. The main area is a small kitchen/dining/living area combined. The kitchen has a fridge, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, teapot, and other essentials. 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The entire space is for guests. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

The Homestead is an excellent place to relax & entertain your whole family and friends (up to 10 People). The extra large deck overlooks 150 Acres of fields, private wetland, and pond where you can fully relax & enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit. Charming cottage within walking distance of the Wilmington College campus and conveniently located near many local attractions and landmarks. A private entrance to a quiet space. Enjoy a fully furnished apartment just outside of small town Sabina. A grocery store 1/2 mile from the apartment with local attractions in nearby towns. We are located approximately 10 miles from Washington Court House , OH and 12 miles from Wilmington , OH. A local bike trail with access to it several different places in Sabina.

We have a 2 bedroom w/extra half bed Guest Suite available, full kitchen, living rm, 1 full bath, this is a 2nd story Guest Suite over a detached garage, Includes inside parking, semi secluded rural wooded location. We love hosting families. If you are traveling with your kiddos, we don't charge extra for children 16 and under. We are a pet free rental.
