Spacious Ranch

Lovely spacious ranch house conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Saratoga! We are a short drive from Manchester Vt, Lake George, and several ski mountains. Great restaurants, shopping, playgrounds and the public library are all within walking distance. Local historical spots such as the Schuyler house and Battle of Saratoga Monument can also be reached by walking or driving. The house has large rooms and a nice deck and porch to relax on! Newly renovated kitchen and full bathroom.

Camden Creek Farm

This is 1100 square feet of quiet living space in the country, with pleasant views of the hills and farmland. The southern exposure brings the sunlight through the windows . The farm is sheltered in a valley without an immediate neighbor close by. A spring-fed creek runs the whole length of the 140-acre main farm. This is a great place to visit for outdoor activities or to relax in country life. There are opportunities to observe farm animals, wildlife, farm endeavors and different seasons.

Ski season has begun! Take it easy at this unique and historic property. Picturesque Victorian Estate next to the Castleton River perfect for weddings and events. You can wake up with birds chirping and fall asleep to the frogs croaking. Church bells ring throughout the day while relaxing on the covered porch. Walk the historic slate sidewalk to the park and downtown for shopping and dining. Minutes to many lakes and trails. Day trips to Killington, Woodstock, Lake George, Vergennes, & Rutland.

Lakefront gem

A great location on a peaceful lake. Located on a private peninsula, this lovely home includes a 12x12 floating dock, a boat dock, kayaks, canoe, and stand-up paddle board for use. Fishing poles are also available for use in this great fishing spot! There is a hammock, a Weber grill, and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax around the gas and/or wood fire pit (firewood available) on the large stone patio. Inside includes an open floorplan, a stone fireplace, and a sunroom overlooking the lake.

Somewhere In Time

We love the change from hotter summers in Maryland. Our kids and cousins were free to discover for themselves the forest and streams around us in absolute safety. Sometimes we have roaring bonfires under brilliant starry skies after night dips in the lake. The best clay tennis courts in the East are just 2 miles down the road in Silver Bay . The people here start conversations with total strangers and step forth from pages of Andy of Mayberry and the Great Gatsby...we love being with them.

Beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse situated on 4.6 private acres within a 180 acre working farm. Five bedrooms, wood stoves, ample living space, and a cheery sun room with gorgeous views make this house one of a kind. Our backyard features an in-ground, heated, salt water swimming pool (open May to mid-Oct), fire pit (open year-round), large outdoor dining table, gas grill, and a deck with lounge seating and jacuzzi (open year-round). Enjoy this beautiful lake front property! Perfect for Ice Fishing (it’s heated!!!) or a Spring/Summer Retreat!! Awesome fishing, kayaking, and swimming!! 30 minutes from downtown Saratoga and Lake George. No parties please!!! Charcoal Filtration System was added. Water occasionally has a sulfur smell but is safe to drink. Unfortunately this is just part of lake life.
