Apartment in Historic Village Home

Our home was built in the 1830's, and the apartment added in the 1950's. The apartment has a throwback feel. We are an easy walk to restaurants, Flynn's funeral home, the school, and churches. We are minutes from the Washington County Fairgrounds. We are 1/2 an hour from the Saratoga race track, 45 minutes to Lake George, 10 minutes from Willard Mt, and an hour from great Vermont skiing! We have a full kitchen, guests say our beds are super comfy, and we have hi-speed cable and Internet!

Idyllic space, high up over river gorgeous views

This gorgeous, sun-filled space overlooks the Indian River and the D&H rail trail. Walk, bike and ski through meadows, wetlands and woods, past farms and grazing animals for 11 miles. Warm up by the fire pit along the river on a cold, clear night. No stores in this small village, but head to neighboring Pawlet for artisanal and gourmet comfort food and other nearby towns for farmer’s markets, shopping, arts and hiking. Ski at Bromley (19 miles), Killington (30 miles) and many other resorts.

A great stopping place for enjoying all that the Saratoga, Lake George and beautiful Washington County areas offer. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the views, the high ceilings, gas fireplace and the location. Enjoy grilling on the deck overlooking the Hudson River. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Bring your bikes and kayaks! This is a quiet country setting yet only a scenic 20 minute drive to either Saratoga Springs or Glens Falls.

Spacious second floor apartment located right on the main street in the quaint village of Greenwich. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two full bathrooms, a bright, fully equipped kitchen with a large table for you to enjoy your meals. Walk to everything in the village, or a short drive to recreational areas, such ask skiing, river front, hiking, and more. The apartment has an outside porch, the backyard overlooks the Battenkill River.
