Your family will be close to all historical Hagerstown had to offer when you stay at our centrally-located upper cottage house. We are experienced hosts. It's a short drive from almost everything Hagerstown has to offer. Also 30 min from Harper's Ferry, 30 min to Fredrick, and 45 min to park& ride to Washington DC. Only 22 min to parking for Appalachian Trail. We have lovingly remodeled our home with a warm, comfortable environment to be your home away from home. Welcome to our sweet home!

One bedroom with 2 twin beds, a fold out queen futon with mattress topper (LR), full bath, fridge, kitchen with microwave, Mr. Coffee, fresh coffee, gas stove top, new fryer oven, utensils, great area with dining table. Cable TV, WiFi, electric fireplace,Bluetooth stereo, and many board games. Hiking trails from your doorstep. A large deck with table and chairs, fire pit with grill, wood-fired pizza oven, and a hammock.

An apple tree is beside the guesthouse. A farm is to the back. Asian cafe, Subway, Dempsey's Grill, Amvets, Main Cup bar and restaurant, Tapia's and 3 ice cream parlors are all a short walk away. More restaurants and grocery store are less than a mile. Farmer's market in season on Thursdays. Fresh flowers and coffee are provided.

Private Lake House in western MD

Minutes from DC/Baltimore with private (no one else!) fresh water lake. This is a man made lake (as all are in MD) originally providing water for nearby orchards. It is stream and spring fed with large mouth bass, crappie, and sunfish. Catch and release fishing is permitted. Although I share access to nearby locals, if you are renting it is exclusively yours. Queen size bed in bedroom and queen size pull out futon bed in living room sleeping 4 adults!

Your little cabin in the woods awaits. The cabin is situated on 383 acres, on the South Mountain formation in Frederick county. the property is adjacent to the Frederick City Watershed and within 15 minutes of 2 State Parks and a National Park. The cabin is fully equipped for your mountain get away and heated by a wood stove with propane heat in case of an emergency. We also provide internet that is reliable and fast for all your modern needs.
